If you ever leave
Thirty days written notice either way. Once any balance is settled, your site and your data are exported and handed over. Your data is yours; I have never thought otherwise.
Changes outside the plan are quoted flat before I start — $75–150 small, $250–400 medium, custom for a new feature.
